I have been with Juliet since January 2013 - and since that time fitness has become an important part of my life. Training with Juliet is challenging, fun and motivational. The one on one is kept fun with boxing, strength training, cardio, pilates and fitball just to name a few or I let her know what I want to target that session and she writes me a session to suit. I look forward to each session and try to train 3 times a week with her. Since starting with her I have lost cms off my tummy and thighs which were my two main target areas. Even my 16 year old daughter comes along, as I think it's very important to be a positive influence to your children when it comes to healthy living and fitness, and she loves it. So thanks Juliet keep up the fun and great work. Now the whole family has converted with juliet at JJ fitness, my husband and 14yr old son, it is great to work out as a family.
Juliet works you hard, achieves your goals and results beyond expectations, she is flexible which is good for me as I work odd shifts, she is fun and motivating and also focuses greatly of safety with correct technique and getting the best out of an exercise.
Juliet explains the whys, whats and benefits of understanding the exercises which we do, which made the workouts more beneficial as I knew what I had to do to achieve the results I wanted and how I can keep them up, I am now confident to go to a local gym knowing I have the correct program & technique for me

Juliet is supportive and knowledgable and works along side you to help you achieve your goals, without judgement. Workouts are always creative and challenging and you're left feeling completely exhausted but proud of your progress! Juliet definitely pushes you to your limits and makes you do things you never thought were possible.
